Our sure-footed mountain Cayuse horses are from the Cariboo-Chilcotin where the wild herds still roam.

If you’re advanced, the alpine is just a short ride away with high passes and 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains.
Mule deer, mountain goat, moose, and bear are regularly seen.

Choose between staying in our western family guest ranch house or one of our wilderness chalets on the ranch property on a Chilcotin Holidays ranch based trip.
We have a one night minimum and three vacation packages to choose from.
You set your trip dates and your length of stay.
When you’re not riding, enjoy our library, swim at a nearby lake, or play a board game before enjoying the camaraderie of the evening campfire.
Bring your guitar or other portable instrument and songbook’s.
If you’re a family group, relax while your children have riding lessons.
Ranch Vacation Packages also include bareback lessons, target practice, and gold panning.
You’ll find our wilderness Multi Add-On Activities are unique: grizzly viewing, “hands-on” demonstration horse logging and horse shoeing/packing, gymkhana horse sports, archery, stargazing, and guided fishing.
Get involved in shoeing a horse, tying the diamond on the pack, or throwing a lariat.
Tour the turn-of-the-century mining town, visit a mining museum, drive to the foot of a glacier or explore old pioneer cabins.
The Cowboy is an all-inclusive ranch experience for the wrangler-wannabe. This all-inclusive ranch package includes ranch accommodation, meals at ranch house, horseback riding, and ranch activities. The City Slicker is for those seeking room, board, and ranch life on their terms.
This package includes ranch accommodation (or upgrade to chalet rental) and all meals.
Wilderness Multi Add-On Activities like horseback riding, snowmobiling, wildlife viewing, fishing, et cetera are optional and each individually priced.
The Dude is our ala carte system where you can be as independent as you want to be.
Accommodation is in one of our wilderness chalets on the ranch property.
Choose meals at the ranch house, or to cook yourself, and all the wilderness Multi Add-On Activities you want such as, wolf calling, long reining lessons, or visiting a grizzly den — to name a few.

Overnight accommodation available in our ranch house and wilderness chalets should you find you didn’t have enough time to fit everything in.
One day is never enough.
Our mountain day ride trips take you up into the surrounding mountains on one of our trusty Cayuse mountain horses that know how to manoeuvre the steep inclines and declines. During your riding orientation, your guide will show you how to lean forward and lean back so you’ll do just fine on the hills. You can either overnight at the ranch paying the additional cost of one night’s accommodation or head out after your day’s ride.
